[摘要]目的 探讨盐酸阿米替林片联合自拟中药汤剂治疗紧张型头痛的效果及安全性。方法 选取大连市第二人民医院2017年3月～2019年3月收治的150例紧张型头痛患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为干预组(75例)和对照组(75例)，对照组采用盐酸阿米替林片治疗方法，干预组采用盐酸阿米替林片联合自拟中药汤剂治疗方法。比较两组的治疗效果、头痛程度及不良反应发生情况。结果 干预组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组治疗后头痛程度及不良反應总发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸阿米替林片联合自拟中药汤剂治疗能减轻紧张型头痛患者头痛程度，提高治疗效果，且安全性高。
