护士分层级管理模式在提高护理管理质量中的作用(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法 选择2017年1~6月内科患者100例为实施前组,2017年7~12月患者100例为实施后组。参与的护理人员共24名。实施前采用常规护理管理模式及护理方法,实施后采用护士分层级管理模式。比较实施前后患者护理总满意度、患者不良事件总发生率,护士护理质量、护士专业知识与护理操作评分。结果 实施后组基础护理、病房护理、优质护理评分高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后组护士专业知识、护理操作评分高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后组不良事件总发生率低于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后组患者总满意度高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护士分层级管理模式能显著提高护理质量,提高患者满意度,降低护理不良事件发生率。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the role of nurse hierarchical management mode in improving the quality of nursing management. Methods A total of 100 cases of internal medicine from January to June 2017 were selected for the before implementation group, and 100 cases from July to December 2017 for the after implementation group. A total of 24 nurses were involved. Before implementation, routine nursing management mode and nursing method were adopted, and nurse hierarchical management mode was adopted after implementation. Patients′ total nursing satisfaction, total incidence of adverse events, nurses′ nursing quality, nurses′ professional knowledge score and nursing operation score were compared before and after implementation. Results The scores of basic nursing, ward nursing and quality nursing in the after implementation group were higher than those before implementation group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the implementation group, nurses′ professional knowledge score and nursing operation score were higher than those before the implementation group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the implementation group, the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that before implementation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Patients′ total satisfaction after implementation group was higher than that of before implementation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nurse hierarchical management mode can significantly improve the quality of nursing, improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.

護士分层级管理模式是将护士分为不同的层级进行工作及管理,包括赋予相应的职责、培训内容、考核标准、绩效方案、晋级标准以及人力配置等。护士分层级管理模式的目的是使护士对所负责的患者提供连续、全程的护理服务,提高服务质量,为患者提供个体化的护理服务,密切护患关系。其特点是科学统筹人力,保障患者安全,提供发展空间[1-2]。护士分层级管理模式能够显著提高护理人力资源利用效率,稳定护理队伍,提升护理品质,目前国内越来越多的医院借鉴国内外护士岗位管理经验,护士分层级管理,并且取得了一定的效果[3]。目前对护士应用分层级管理模式已经成为护理岗位管理的研究热点。本研究将护士分层管理模式引入我院护士工作中,取得了较好的效果,现报道如下。, 百拇医药(吴红红 胡敏华 周志金)
