品管圈在降低门诊药房自动发药机发生故障事件次数中的应用(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨品管圈在降低门诊药房自动发药机发生故障事件次数中的应用效果。方法 门诊药房人员采取自愿报名的形式组建品管圈，收集2019年1～2月改善前自动发药机故障的发生次数，严格按照品管圈十大步骤实施各项活动，从人员、机器设备、药品、环境方面分析自动发药机发生故障的主要原因，制定相应解决对策并实施，收集2019年6～7月改善后自动发药机故障的发生次数，评估活动效果。结果 发药机发生故障次数由改善前14 d故障330次，平均每日(24±5)次，下降为改善后14 d故障113次，平均每日(8±2)次。结论 通过本次品管圈活动，门诊药房自动发药机故障发生次数得到有效改善，提高了门诊药房的工作效率，圈员能力都有了一定的提升。

Application of quality control circle in reducing the number of accidents in automatic dispensing machine in outpatient pharmacy

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application of quality control circle in reducing the number of accidents in automatic dispensing machine in outpatient pharmacy. Methods The staff of outpatient pharmacy set up quality control circle by voluntary registration， the number of failures of automatic dispensing machine before improvement in January to February in 2019 was collected， implemented various activities in strict accordance with the ten steps of quality control circle， analyzed the main causes of failure of automatic dispensing machines from personnel and equipment， drugs， and environmental aspects， formulated corresponding solutions and implemented them， and the number of automatic drug machine failures from June to July in 2019 after improvement was collected. The effectiveness of activities was evaluated. Results The number of failures of the dispensing machine was 330 times before the improvement of the first 14 days， with an average of (24±5) times per day， and the number of failures was 113 times after 14 days of improvement， with an average of (8±2) times per day. Conclusion Through this quality control circle activity， the number of automatic drug delivery machine failures in outpatient pharmacies has been effectively improved， the efficiency of outpatient pharmacies has been improved， and the ability of the circle staff has been strengthened.

品管圈(quality control circle)是由相同、相近或互補性质的工作场所的人们自动自发组成数人一圈的小圈团体(又称QC小组)，全体合作、集思广益，按照一定的活动程序来解决工作现场、管理、文化等方面所发生的问题及课题[1-2]。我院于2018年8月引进苏州艾隆IRON-1200自动发药机设备(简称自动发药机)，主要用于门诊药房处方调配，改变了药房工作模式。自动发药机系统指在药房取药过程中，通过与医院信息系统连接，使用人工智能和机械传输手段将药品自动传送到药师手中的自动化取药设备，它提高了药品在调配过程中的安全性和工作效率，减少了调剂差错率，缩短了患者的取药等候时间[3-7]。故障指自动发药系统全部工作单元丧失其规定性能状态的总称，故障事件指平均每日自动发药机系统发生故障的次数[8]。本研究通过比较品管圈活动前后的门诊药房自动发药机发生故障事件次数，旨在探讨品管圈在降低门诊药房自动发药机发生故障事件次数中的应用效果，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(徐华 赵美丽 徐保芹)
