骨康方颗粒治疗老年性骨质疏松症的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨骨康方颗粒治疗老年性骨质疏松症的效果。方法 选取2016年4月～2019年3月广州中医药大学顺德医院收治的60例老年性骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)及对照组(30例)。观察组患者服用钙片+阿法骨化醇+阿仑膦酸钠片+骨康方颗粒治疗，对照组患者服用钙片+阿法骨化醇+阿仑膦酸钠片治疗，两组患者同时治疗3个月。观察两组患者的疼痛改善情况、不良反应发生情况，比较两组治疗前后的骨密度。结果 观察组患者治疗后的疼痛改善总有效率高于对照组，差异有統计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的骨密度比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗3个月后的骨密度均高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗3个月后的骨密度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中未见严重不良反应。结论 骨康方颗粒能够较好地缓解疼痛症状，同时有效提高患者的骨密度，可在临床上进行推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Gukangfang Granules in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods A total of 60 cases of senile osteoporosis patients admitted to Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from April 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The observation group took Calcium Tablets+Alfacalcohol+Alendronate Sodium Tablets+Gukangfang Granules， the control group took Calcium Tablets+Alfacalcohol+Alendronate Sodium Tablets， and both groups were treated for 3 months. The improvement of pain and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients were observed， and the bone mineral density before and after treatment was compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of pain improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in bone mineral density before treatment between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). The bone mineral density of the two groups of patients after 3 months of treatment was higher than that before treatment， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The bone mineral density in the observation group of patients after 3 months of treatment was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment in the two groups. Conclusion Gukangfang Granules can better relieve the symptoms of pain， and effectively increase the bone mineral density of patients， and can be promoted and used in clinic.
