[摘要]目的 分析供应室与手术室一体化运作在手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法 我院于2017年1～12月对供应室和手术室实施一体化运作，比较该模式运作前后的手术室器械管理情况以及医护人员的工作时间。结果 供应室和手术室实施一体化运作后，手术器械的清洗合格率、灭菌合格率均高于实施前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);供应室和手术室实施一体化运作后，手术室工作时间、供应室工作时间均短于实施前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);供应室和手术室实施一体化运作后，工作人员的洗涤质量和包装质量评分均高于实施前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 供应室和手术室实施一体化运作，可以提高手术器械的管理质量，减少手术室工作人员的工作时间。
