[摘要]目的 探讨舒适护理在上呼吸道感染患儿中的应用。方法 选取2017年的6月～2018年的8月我院收治的200例上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象，按照电脑随机分组的方法分为观察组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。观察组采用舒适护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组的舒适度评分和住院时间、并发症发生率、家属满意度。结果 观察组的环境舒适、生理舒适及心理舒适评分高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为3.00%，低于对照组的26.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属护理总满意度为98.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 舒适护理在上呼吸道感染患儿中有较高应用价值，不仅能提高患儿舒适度，同时能缩短其住院时间，降低并发症的发生风险，提高家属满意度，值得研究和推广。
