[摘要]目的 探讨责任制分层管理对急诊观察室护理效果的影响。方法 选取2018年1～12月我院急诊科收治的60例患者，依据随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组患者在一般公立医院管理制度下接受护理，观察组在责任分层制度下接受护理。比较两组的护理工作质量(健康宣教知晓评分、护理工作良好程度评分、基础护理落实评分、入院评估准确评分)以及在不同管理制度下患者对护理工作的满意度。结果 观察组的健康宣教知晓评分、护理工作良好程度评分、基础护理落实评分、入院评估准确评分、患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急诊观察室应用责任制分层管理效果良好，可有效提高护理质量，改善患者对护理工作的满意度，该方法值得各级医院应用。
