[摘要]目的 探讨模拟培训在临床产科实习生教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1～12月在我院产科实习的70名实习生作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组，每组35名，对照组采用带教老师组织教学，实验组采用产科模拟培训教学法，各实习6个月，比较两组学习效果以及对教学总满意度。结果 实验组的专科理论知识、病史采集技能及临床操作技能评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的教学总满意度为97.1%，高于对照组的88.6%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产科模拟培训教学法可深化实习生对产科护理理论知识理解，提高理论知识水平，并可培养和提升实习生独立解决临床产科诊疗问题的实践能力，且受到实习生欢迎。
