沙格列汀联合胰岛素治疗在2型糖尿病中的应用效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨沙格列汀联合胰岛素治疗在2型糖尿病中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2017年1月~2019年1月收治的120例2型糖尿病患者的臨床资料,按照用药方式不同分为参照组(n=60)与研究组(n=60)。参照组采用胰岛素治疗,研究组采用胰岛素联合沙格列汀治疗。比较两组的血糖控制情况、治疗效果、血糖达标时间。结果 研究组治疗后的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于参照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的胰岛素用量少于参照组,血糖达标时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的体重指数低于参照组,日内血糖平均波动幅度(MAGE)、日内血糖波动次数(NGE)、高血糖曲线下面积(AUC)、日间血糖平均绝对差(MODD)低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取沙格列汀、胰岛素联合用药治疗2型糖尿病患者,能有效控制其血糖水平,临床效果显著,且可以减少胰岛素用量,缩短血糖达标时间,临床价值显著。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of combination of Saglitine and Insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively, The patients were divided into the reference group (n=60) and the study group (n=60) according to different medication methods. The control group was treated with Insulin, while the study group was treated with Insulin combined with Saxagliptin. The blood glucose control, treatment effect and blood glucose reaching standard time were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of HbA1c, FBG and 2 h PG in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The dosage of Insulin in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the body mass index of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the mean amplitude of glycemic excursion (MAGE), number of glycemic excursion (NGE), hyperglycemia of area under curve (AUC) and mean of daily differences (MODD) in the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Saxagliptin and Insulin can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, with significant clinical effect, and can reduce the dosage of insulin, shorten the time of blood glucose reaching the standard, with significant clinical value., 百拇医药(何美艳 李远 邹丹婷 刘俊均)
