双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月～2019年10月我院收治的80例腹泻患儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为蒙脱石散治疗组(n=40)与蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗组(n=40)。蒙脱石散治疗组采取蒙脱石散治疗，蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗组采取蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗。比较两组腹泻效果;大便性状恢复至正常状态时间、大便排便次数达到正常范围时间、体温恢复至正常范围时间;治疗前后患儿腹泻症状积分、营养指标;药物不良反应。结果 蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗组腹泻疗效高于蒙脱石散治疗组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗组大便性状恢复至正常状态时间、大便排便次数达到正常范围时间、体温恢复至正常范围时间短于蒙脱石散治疗组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗组腹泻症状积分低于蒙脱石散治疗组，营养指标高于蒙脱石散治疗组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗腹泻效果良好，相对于蒙脱石散一种药物治疗的患儿可有效改善腹泻，并有效改善营养状况，且安全性高，无严重不良反应。

Clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder and Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Living Bacteria Powder combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 80 children with diarrhea treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into Montmorillonite Powder group (n=40) and Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder group (n=40). The curative effect of diarrhea was compared between the two groups; the time for stool characteristics to return to normal state， the time for stool defecation times to reach normal range， the time for body temperature to return to normal range， the score of diarrhea symptoms， nutritional index and adverse drug reactions before and after treatment were compared. Results The curative effect of diarrhea in the Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder group was higher than that in the Montmorillonite Powder group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The time for stool character to return to normal state， the time for defecation frequency to reach normal range and the time for body temperature to return to normal range in Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder group were shorter than those in Montmorillonite Powder group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of diarrhea symptoms in the Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder group was lower than that in the Montmorillonite Powder group， and the nutritional index was higher than that in the Montmorillonite Powder group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse drug reaction between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder is effective in the treatment of diarrhea， compared with Montmorillonite Powder， Montmorillonite Powder can effectively improve diarrhea and nutritional status with high safety and no serious adverse reactions., 百拇医药(樊小燕)
