综合护理在急性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討综合护理在急性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2018年10月～2019年9月我院收治的76例急性闭角型青光眼患者，按照施行不同护理方法分为对照组(n=38例)与观察组(n=38例)。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用综合护理方法。比较两组的护理满意度、术后眼部恢复情况与心理状态评分情况。结果 护理干预后，观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组的视力水平高于护理前，前房深度、眼压低于护理前，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的视力水平高于对照组，前房深度、眼压低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前，观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性闭角型青光眼患者接受综合护理干预，能提高患者视力水平，降低前房深度与眼压，改善患者心理状态，护理质量较高。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 76 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma treated in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 was made. They were divided into control group (n=38) and observation group (n=38) according to different nursing methods. The control group used conventional nursing methods， and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing methods. Nursing total satisfaction， postoperative eye recovery and mental status scores between the two groups were compared. Results After the nursing intervention， the total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The visual acuity levels of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing， and the anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure were lower than those before nursing. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The vision level of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， and the anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression score of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing， the anxiety and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
