阿托西班联合盐酸利托君治疗晚期先兆流产的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討阿托西班联合盐酸利托君治疗晚期先兆流产的临床效果。方法 选取2015年10月~2018年10月102例晚期先兆流产患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各51例。对照组采用硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗,研究组采用阿托西班联合盐酸阿托君治疗。比较治疗前及治疗5 d后,两组患者性激素[孕酮(P)、雌三醇(E3)]水平变化;比较两组患者妊娠结局(出生后1 min时新生儿Apgar评分、低体重儿率、胎儿丢失发生率)。结果 研究组患者治疗后的P水平高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者P水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的E3水平低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者E3水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者低体重儿发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组的出生后1 min时新生儿Apgar评分、胎儿丢失发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 阿托西班应用于晚期先兆流产,能够改善患者性激素水平及妊娠结局。

Clinical effect of Atosiban combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride in the treatment of advanced threatened abortion

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Atosiban combined with Ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of advanced threatened abortion. Methods A total of 102 patients with advanced threatened abortion from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected as research subjects, and were divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride, while the study group was treated with Atosiban combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride. The levels of sex hormones (progesterone [P], estriol [E3]) were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 5 d of treatment. The pregnancy outcomes (neonatal Apgar score at 1 min after birth, low weight infant rate, fetal loss rate) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the P level in the study group was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the P level in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the E3 level in the study group after treatment was lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the E3 level in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of low birth weight infants in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and there were no significant differences in the neonatal Apgar score at 1 min after birth and fetal loss rate between the two groups (P>0.05).
