奥瑞姆自护理论联合临床护理路径对精神分裂症患者生活质量和社会功能的影响(1)
[摘要]目的 探討奥瑞姆(Orem)自护理论联合临床护理路径对精神分裂症患者生活质量和社会功能的影响。方法 选取2018年2月～2019年9月我院收治的住院精神分裂症患者72例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组各36例。对照组给予临床护理路径护理方法，研究组在对照组护理的基础上联合Orem自护理论。比较两组干预前及干预3个月后的日常生活能力评分量表(ADL)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及康复效果。结果 研究组干预3个月后ADL评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预3个月后SDSS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的康复总有效率为77.78%，高于对照组的41.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Orem自护理论联合临床护理路径可有效提升精神分裂症患者生活质量和社会功能，康复效果较理想，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of Orem self-care theory combined with clinical nursing pathway on the quality of life and social function of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 72 schizophrenics admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects， and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method， 36 cases in each group. The control group was given clinical nursing path nursing method， and the study group was given Orem self-care theory on the basis of the control group′s nursing. The activity of daily living scale(ADL)， social disability screening schedule (SDSS) and rehabilitation efficiency of the two groups were compared before and after 3 months intervention. Results The ADL score after 3 months intervention in the study group was higher than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the SDSS score after 3 months intervention in the study group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the study group was 77.78%， which was higher than 41.67% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Orem self-care theory combined with clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the quality of life and social function of schizophrenics， and the rehabilitation effect is ideal， which is worth of clinical promoting., 百拇医药(刘易凤 李华 郭淑青 陈娟)
