[摘要]目的 探讨早期康复治疗对福利院脑瘫(CP)患儿的临床效果。方法 选取2018年6月～2019年6月我院新入院的60例1～6岁CP患儿，依据年龄的大小分为三组，A组(1～2岁)22例、B组(>2～4岁)18例、C组(>4～6岁)20例，均采用相同康复治疗方案，治疗后比较三组的治疗效果。结果 A组的治疗总有效率(100%)高于B组(83.33%)和C组(80.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后A组适应性行为、大运动、精细运动、语言、个人-社交行为的发育商优于B和C组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 福利院CP患儿早期应用康复治疗有重要的应用价值，越早进行康复治疗，效果越好，值得临床推广应用。
