翻转课堂教学模式在新入职护士技能培训中的应用(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨翻转课堂教学模式在新入职护士技能培训中的应用效果。方法 采用整群抽样法,将江西省某三甲医院2016年7~12月91名新入职护士设为对照组,实施传统的技能培训方法;将2017年7~12月105名新入职护士设为试验组,给予翻转课堂教学模式进行技能培训。培训6个月后,通过技能考核、护理人员自主学习能力评价量表和翻转课堂实施效果评价量表进行效果评价。结果 试验组的技能考核成绩和自主学习能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。98.10%的护士对翻转课堂实施效果总体评价持肯定态度。结论 采取翻转课堂教学模式可以提高新入职护士的自主学习能力和技能操作水平,从而提高护理教学质量和护理技能培训效果。

    Application of flipped classroom teaching model in nursing skill training for new staff

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in nursing skill training for new staff. Methods Using cluster sampling, 91 newly recruited nurses from a tertiary hospital in Jiangxi Province from July to December 2016 were set as the control group, and traditional skills training method was implemented; from July to December 2017, 105 newly recruited nurses were distributed to the test group and were given the flipped classroom teaching model for skill training. After 6 months, the skills assessment, nursing staff independent learning ability evaluation scale and flipped classroom teaching models evaluation scale were used to assess training effectiveness. Results The scores of newly recruited skills and the evaluation of nurses′ autonomous learning ability in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). And 98.10% of nurses held a positive attitude towards the overall evaluation of the implementation effect of flipped classrooms. Conclusion Adopting the flipped classroom teaching mode can improve the independent learning ability and skill operation level of newly recruited nurses, thereby improving the quality of nursing education and the effect of nursing skills training.

    近年來,随着我国医疗卫生制度改革的推进和医院规模的扩大,越来越多护士进入医疗机构工作。护理是医疗工作中的重要组成部分,护士操作技能的熟练程度会影响到整个医院的护理质量[1]。遗憾的是,新入职护士缺乏临床经验,需要经历一个将理论知识转化为临床实践的过程[2]。原国家卫生和计划生育委员会2016年出台的《新护士规范化培训大纲》[3]明确规定“新入职护士是指院校毕业后进入护理岗位的护士,各医疗机构要高度重视新入职护士培训工作,建立新入职护士培训制度和培训方案”。然而,国内没有统一的新入职护士技能培训方案。因此,加强新入职护士技能培训显得尤为重要[4]。翻转课堂教学模式是指在信息化环境中,学习者课前利用教师提供的学习资源自主学习课程,课中参与同伴和教师的互动并完成练习的一种教学模式[5]。翻转课堂在护理课程教学中是具有一定的实效[6-8],但对于护士技能培训的研究却鲜有报道。因此,本研究将翻转课堂教学模式应用于新入职护士技能培训,侧重于教学方法以及教学资源的改良并取得了较好效果,现报道如下。, 百拇医药(孙迟 张莹)
