[摘要]目的 分析耳内镜下中耳手术治疗中耳炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2018年1月～2019年1月收治的40例中耳炎患者作为研究对象，按照电脑随机分配方法分为观察组(20例)与对照组(20例)。观察组采用耳内镜下中耳手术治疗方法，对照组采用常规治疗方法。比较两组的总有效率、并发症总发生率以及复发率。结果 观察组患者的总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的55.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的复发率为10.00%，低于对照组的35.00%(P<0.05)。结论 耳内镜下中耳手术治疗中耳炎的临床效果显著，且安全性高、复发率低。
