[摘要]目的 探讨情景模拟式岗前培训在提高实习生血源性职业暴露防护能力中的应用效果。方法 通过方便抽样法选取168例在江津区中心医院实习的重庆医科大学临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,2016 年4月~2017年3月实习的83例为观察组,2015年4月~2016年3月实习的85例为对照组。观察组采用情景模拟教学法岗前培训,对照组采用传统教学方法。比较两组岗前培训前后的血源性职业暴露防护理论知识与实践操作能力,比较两组对岗前培训的教学评价。结果 观察组的血源性职业暴露防护理论考核及技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组反馈教学效果满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过情景模拟式岗前培训,实习生血源性职业暴露防护能力有较大提高,值得在临床带教中推广。[关键词]岗前培训;教学方法;职业防护;临床实习

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of scenario-simulated pre-service training in improving the blood-occupational exposure protection ability of interns. Methods A total of 168 undergraduate students who were internship in Jiangjin District Central Hospital majoring in clinical medicine at Chongqing Medical University were selected by convenient sampling method.
