【摘要】目的观察第一产程中进行综合性干预助娩的临床效果。方法取2009年1~12月的孕妇，第一产程中使用综合性干预助娩186例为治疗组，取未处理的孕妇186例为对照组。结果两组的治疗方法不同，产程时间及剖宫产率比较，差异有统计学意义。结论合理在第一产程进行综合性干预能缩短潜伏期和各个产程的时间、提高阴道分娩率,降低剖宫产率、产后出血率及新生儿窒息率。【关键词】产程干预 人工破膜术 宫颈扩张术
