普及高等教育模式下医学精英培养浅析
【摘要】在普及高等教育模式下培养医学精英，是确保高等医学教育质量，培养医学高级人才的关键，也是将来为广大患者提供优质医疗服务的基础。如果能优化生源结构，改良教育体系，严格考核，实行竞争淘汰机制，有望在目前的大众化教育体系下培养出更多的医学精英。【关键词】精英医学教育Discussion about raising the medical elite in the context of public education policyWANG Rui-ying，GAO Yan. Its also a safeguard to offer high quality medical treatment for the public. If we optimize the structure of students pool, improve educational system, strictly select and bring in competitive system, more medical elite will born under the background of mass education.【Key words】Elite;Medical education1999年教育部出台《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》后，我国开始了不断扩大高等教育招生人数的教育改革。“十五”期间，我国高等教育已经完成了由精英教育阶段进入大众化教育阶段的跨越式发展。到2009年，高等教育毛入学率已经达到233%。具有精英教育特征的医学教育的招生人数也急剧增加，逐步完成了向“大众化教育”的转化过渡。然而，裘法祖先生曾说过：德不近佛者不可为医，才不近仙者不可为医。医学教育是精英教育，只能走精英出精品、精品育精英的道路[1]。如何在普及高等教育模式下培养医学精英，是确保高等医学教育质量，培养医学高级人才的关键，也是将来为广大患者提供优质医疗服务的基础。1招收并留住最优生源是培养医学精英的基础医学生的质量直接关系到未来医疗队伍的质量。陪养更多医德高尚、医术精湛的医生主要依赖于更多优秀的学生选择加入到这个行业 ......
