超声诊断闭合性肝损伤

【摘要】目的探讨超声检查在诊断闭合性肝脏损伤中的临床价值。方法回顾总结分析92例闭合性肝脏损伤患者，并对超声图像诊断与外科手术所见进行对照。结果92例中，肝包膜下破裂12例(12/12)，肝中央型破裂17例(17/17)，肝破裂63例(61/63)，诊断符合率：9683%。合并脾破裂25例、肾挫伤11例、胰腺挫伤7例、肠破裂2例。超声图像诊断与外科手术诊断符合率达9683%。结论超声检查方法简便、经济实惠、快速有效、无创伤、可以重复，是诊断闭合性肝脏损伤的首选方法，对临床诊断及治疗方案的制定具有重要的指导价值。【关键词】超声诊断闭合性肝损伤
