【摘要】目的总结处理会阴坏死性筋膜炎方面的经验及效果。方法回顾性分析1999年1月~2009年12月间笔者所在医院收治的8例会阴坏死性筋膜炎患者的临床资料。结果本组年龄19~68岁，平均44岁。75%病例存在合并症，经多次、多处清创引流，广谱抗生素的应用，全身支持等处理，12~37 d治愈，无死亡病例。结论早期正确诊断及彻底清创对会阴坏死性筋膜炎的处理尤为重要。【关键词】会阴坏死筋膜炎

Peoples Hospital of Luzhou, Luzhou 646000,China【Abstract】ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to report our experience and results in the management of perineal necrotizing fasciitis.MethodsTo retrospectively reviewed the data of 8 patients of perineal necrotizing fasciitis treated between January 1999 and December 2009 in peoples hospital of Luzhou. Results 8 patients were identified (mean age 44 years, range 19-68 years). Comorbid conditions were identified in 75% cases included diabetes mellitus, hypoproteinemia and chronic bronchitis. The hospital stay range 12-37 days(mean 26 days). The involved area were different too. The mortality rate was 0 (no patients died).ConclusionEarly recognition of the pathology and surgical debridement are the mainstay of the management of perineal necrotizing fasciitis ......
