【摘要】 目的 比较肱骨干骨折的几种固定治疗方法。方法 回顾自1998年1月～2009年12月用3种方法内固定治疗肱骨干骨折107例，其中外固定支架21例，钢板内固定49例，交锁髓内钉内固定37例，分别对疗效、并发症发生率作统计学分析。结果 交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折其疗效明显优于外固定支架、钢板内固定，并发症发生率也较低。结论 交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折效果优于钢板内固定及外固定支架。
