乌司他丁在门脉高压症术后的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨乌司他丁在门脉高压症术后应用的效果。方法 将85例需手术的门脉高压症患者随机分为两组，A组为乌司他丁组，共42例；B组为常规治疗组，共43例。术后1、3、5、7 d分别检测患者的ALT、ALB、PT、APTT、CRP等指标，判断肝功能恢复情况，并对照两组术后并发症的发生率。结果 乌司他丁组患者肝功能恢复明显优于常规治疗组，术后并发症发生率亦明显低于常规治疗组。结论 门脉高压症患者术后使用乌司他丁可以促进患者术后肝功能恢复，减少术后并发症，加速康复。
