颈椎侧块钛板螺钉内固定治疗下颈椎骨折脱位55例(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨应用侧块钛板螺钉治疗下颈椎骨折的临床效果。方法 55例下颈椎骨折的患者采用侧块钛板螺钉内固定治疗。结果 术后患者的frankel评分有所提高，统计分析提示差异有显著统计学意义。结论 侧块钢板螺钉内固定术具有适应范围广、固定牢固等特点，是目前常用的颈椎后路固定方法，是治疗下颈椎骨折脱位的一种较好方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate effect of the lateral mass plate screw in the treatment of lower cervical spine fracture.Methods 55 patients with lower cervical spine fractures were treated with lateral mass plate screw fixation.Results The postoperative score improved patient frankel,statistical analysis showed a statistically significant difference.Conclusion The lateral mass plate and screw fixation has to adapt to a wide range of fixed firm characteristics,is commonly used in posterior cervical fixation is the treatment of lower cervical spine fracture and dislocation of a better way. ......
