【摘要】 目的 了解笔者所在医院初次胃镜检查患者的心理需求，提高普通胃镜检查的成功率。方法 本文将2009年5月~2010年9月来笔者所在医院进行初次胃镜检查的588例患者作为研究对象，通过“拉家常”式的方法进行访谈，自行设计调查表，收集患者的年龄、性别、职业、文化程度等一般情况，对胃镜检查表现出的心理作出初步评估。结果 94.9%的患者出现紧张、恐惧心理，88.7%一无所知，33.5%出现怀疑心理，19.7%出现依赖等心理表现，根据不同的心理表现进行相应的护理。结论 在胃镜检查的诊疗过程中，要先了解患者的心理表现，进行相应的心理护理，使其更好地配合检查。
