【摘要】 目的 研究、分析不同年龄强直-阵挛性发作性癫痫的病因。方法 将本院急诊接诊的280例GTCS患者按年龄分成老、中、青三组，回顾性分析其病因。结果 青年组病因主要是药物中毒和脑外伤。中年组病因分布相对均衡，脑卒中、脑外伤、脑肿瘤相对较多。老年组中代谢类疾病、脑卒中、脑肿瘤为主要的病因。不同发病年龄在癫痫分布上存在明显的差异。结论 采取有效治疗手段的前提是及时正确地判断急诊状态的GTCS病因，其有着非常重要的意义，只有准确判断病因，才能提高治愈率。
