慢阻肺合并感染患者的舒适护理应用

【摘要】 目的 观察对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并感染患者实施舒适护理的效果。方法 120例COPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施舒适护理，比较两组生存质量评分。结果 观察组护理后其生存质量评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 舒适护理能明显改善COPD患者的生存质量，提高患者的满意度和治疗依从性，降低患者治疗费用，提高整体护理质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the nursing effect of comfort care on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease concurrent infection.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group were given comfort care, to evaluate quality of life scale.Results The quality of life scale of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfort care could obviously improve the living quantity of COPD' patients, increase the patient's satisfaction and the dependence of patients, reduce the cost of treatment, improve the quality of holistic nursing ......
