院前急救护士综合素质建设与培养

【摘要】 院前急救是急诊医学体系的前沿阵地，而院前急救护理贯穿院前急救的全过程，其质量是决定院前急救成败的关键之一。培养一支能力强综合素质高的院前急救护理队伍尤为重要。本文从护理队伍资质、心理素质、身体素质、急救技能、沟通能力、护理文件书写等方面阐述院前急救护士综合素质建设和培养。

【Abstract】 Pre-hospital first aid is the first step in the emergency system, while the nursing in the pre-hospital first aid, which is the key point for the success of the first aid, goes throughout the process of the pre-hospital first aid. Therefore, it is of great importance to have pre-hospital first aid nurses with excellent comprehensive quality and great ability. This article elaborates the nurse training in the pre-hospital first aid from the aspects of team qualification, psychological diathesis, body diathesis, first aid skills, communication, nursing document writing, and so on.
