【摘要】 目的 了解影响肺结核患者治疗依从性因素及患者服药依从情况,提出相应的护理干预措施。方法 对门诊患者采用问卷方式，了解患者服药规律情况及相关因素。结果 结核患者规律服药者为46.67%，影响患者规律服药的因素主要与患者年龄、学历、收入、对结核病的知晓情况等因素有关。结论 加强对结核患者的抗结核治疗宣教、督导、随访，促进其应用抗结核药物的依从性,利于结核病的防治。

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the compliant elements which afect the treatment for TB and patients'compliance with the medicine,and to provide basis for nurse treatment.Methods Through questionnaire on outpatient to investigate and analyse the compliance with regular treatment and its related factors.Results 46.67% of patients were in compliance with regular treatment.The factors of ir-regular treatment were mainly related to the patient s'age, education background, income and TB knowledge，etc.Conclusion It is profit to the TB prevention and cure by reinforcing the education on TB knowledge and follow-up visit,and promoting the regular treatmen of patients ......
