康妇消炎栓联合莫西沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎80例临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨康妇消炎栓联合莫西沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法 将来院就诊的160例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组使用莫西沙星400 mg，静脉滴注，每日1次，临床症状改善后继续静脉给药，持续14 d。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用康妇消炎栓直肠给药，每日1次，每次1粒，一个月经周期为一疗程，连用2～3个疗程，比较其疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为96.2%,对照组为76.25%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康妇消炎栓联合莫西沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。
