【摘要】 目的 探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折方法及临床效果。方法 对笔者所在医院2009年6月～2010年6月收治的31例股骨转子间骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察其治疗方法及临床疗效。结果 本组31例患者中，优19例，良10例，可2例，总优良率为93.5%。术后12 d出现1例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者，经积极溶栓治疗后好转。全部患者经随访发现，均为一期愈合，骨折愈合时间为7～14周，平均12.5周。结论 股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折，具有固定牢靠、手术损伤小、操作简单、抗旋转力强等特点，是目前治疗股骨转子间骨折的一种较佳术式。
