消旋卡多曲治疗小儿急性腹泻疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察消旋卡多曲治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效与安全性。方法 选取120例小儿急性腹泻的患儿，随机分为两组，对照组使用思密达、金双歧及补液等对症治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加用消旋卡多曲，观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果 观察组有效率为92%，明显高于对照组(72%)。结论 消旋卡多曲能较快减少腹泻的次数，迅速纠正脱水，明显缩短腹泻病程，用药后无明显不良反应，安全性高。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of racecadotril in children with acute diarrhea.Methods 80 patients randomly selected patients were divided into two groups of children with diarrhea, the control group was treated by Smecta Golden Bifid， rehydration and symptomatic treatment.
