【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗浅表输尿管肿瘤疗效。方法 回顾总结笔者所在医院自2007年～2009年共筛选输尿管原发表浅肿瘤共10例的临床资料。结果 本组10例中8例均一次手术成功，复查输尿管镜检未见复发，改为半年复查一次，2例于手术区域复发，为单发表浅，仍进行钬激光治疗，术后3月复查，未再复发。结论 输尿管镜配合钬激光处理输尿管表浅肿瘤安全、高效、损伤小，是理想的治疗方法之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective Ureteroscopic holmium laser in the treatment of superficial ureteral tumor response.Methods Reviewed and summarized from 2007 to 2009, were screened a total of 10 cases of superficial tumors clinical data.Results The group of 10 patients, 8 cases were the first successful operation.
