    【摘要】 目的 观察复方麝香注射液治疗急性酒精中毒的临床疗效。方法 将50例急性酒精中毒后意识障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予甲氧氯普胺针、西咪替丁、维生素C、维生素B₆、ATP、纳洛酮、甘露醇等基础治疗。治疗组在基础治疗的基础上给予复方麝香注射液；对两组平均清醒时间、死亡率进行分析。结果 对照组平均清醒时间为(3.54±1.25) h，治疗组平均清醒时间为(2.72±1.02) h，差异具有统计学意义(P0.015)。无一例死亡，全部治愈。结论 复方麝香注射液能缩短急性酒精中毒意识障碍患者的清醒时间。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of using Fufang shexiang zhusheye to salve acute alcoholism patients.Methods Put the patients into two groups randomly.The remedial group had been salved by Fufang shexiang zhusheye.The comparison group had been salved by routine dosage naloxone hydrochloride.To observe the sober up time and the symptom continuance time of the two groups patients.Results The sober up time and the symptom continuance time of the remedial group patients are shorter than the comparison group patients.Conclusion Using Fufang shexiang zhusheye to salve acute alcoholism patients has remarkable effect and worth to use widely in clinical works. ......
