应用吸脂术治疗脂肪性腹壁松垂的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨吸脂术治疗脂肪性腹壁松垂的方法及临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的40例脂肪性腹壁松垂患者的病例资料，所有患者均使用吸脂术进行治疗，并在治疗结束后分析所有患者的治疗疗效。结果 所有患者经治疗后，明显改善25例，有效15例，无效0例，总有效率为100%，所有患者的并发症，术后5个月后均好转。结论 吸脂术治疗轻、中度脂肪性腹壁松垂的效果明显，患者痛苦小且恢复时间快，但对重度患者效果一般。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the method and clinical efficacy of liposuction treatment of fatty abdominal sagging.Methods A retrospective analysis of data of 40 cases in our hospital that got fatty abdominal sagging, all patients were treated with superficial liposuction, and analyzed the efficacy after therapy of all patients.Results After treatment,25 cases were significantly improved,15 cases effective, No case inefficient, the total efficiency of 100 percent, the complications of all patients were improved after 5 months of the surgery ......
