    【摘要】 目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤外侧裂区硬膜下血肿患者手术方法和技能。方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院2006年12月～2010年12月共收治的231例外侧裂硬膜下血肿重型颅脑损伤患者，采用单侧或双侧扩大额颞顶入路行内外减压术治疗术中保护好侧裂血管，硬脑膜减张缝合后采用人工材料修补。结果 本组死亡51例(22.1%)，存活180例，按GOS标准：良好44例，中残77例，重残46例，植物生存13例。结论 外侧裂硬膜下血肿重型颅脑损伤应充分、及时减压，保护好外侧裂区血管，提高手术的抢救成功率。
