【摘要】 目的 观察疏血通治疗老年非ST段抬高急性型冠脉综合征的疗效及安全性。方法 对住院的80例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别给予疏血通和普通治疗。结果 在心绞痛缓解时间、心绞痛消失时间、再发心绞痛、非致死性心肌梗死方面(P<0.01)，治疗前/后ST段平均下移程度、血流动力学变化及甘油三脂方面，治疗组优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 疏血通可安全有效的缓解不稳定型心绞痛。
