长春西汀治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察长春西汀对突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法 80例突聋患者随机分为两组，治疗前作血液系统检查用纯音测听检查。长春西汀组给予长春西汀氯化钠注射液200 ml(10 mg)静脉缓滴，对照组给予低分子右旋糖酐500 ml、ATP 100 mg，静脉滴注，1次/日，8天为一个疗程。结果 长春西汀组有效率45%(18/40)，长春西汀疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 长春西汀治疗突发性耳聋效果理想，应首选。
