氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽78例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 将156例过敏性咳嗽患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予基础治疗，治疗组给予基础治疗加氯雷他定糖浆治疗，比较两组疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为98.72%；对照组总有效率为57.69%，治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗基础上加用氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽，能明显提高临床疗效，值得临床推广。
