胃肠道肿瘤腹腔镜手术的护理

【摘要】 方法 回顾性总结52例腹腔镜胃肠道肿瘤切除术的护理体会。目的 提出腹腔镜胃肠道手术术前的心理护理、肠道准备，术后病情观察、伤口及造瘘口的护理，以及营养支持的方法。结果 解除患者的思想顾虑，良好的术前准备保证了手术的成功，合理的术后病情观察减少了术后并发症的发生，促进了患者的康复。结论 良好的护理是腹腔镜下胃肠道肿瘤切除术后患者顺利康复的重要保障。

【Abstract】 Objective Retrospective summary of 52 gastroenteric tumor ostomy patients by abdominoscopy.Methods To pose mental nursing,bowel preparation,patients' condition observation postoperation,nursing of wound and stoma,methods of nutritional support of abdominoscope gastroenteric tumor ostomy.Results Patients' mental consideration was reliefed,satisfactory preoperative prepare guaranteed operating success,rational patients' condition observation postoperation reduced occurrence of postoperative complications,and which promoted patients' restoration.Conclusions Satisfactory nursing of abdominoscopy gastroenteric tumor ostomy is patients' rehabilitation ensure. ......
