【摘要】 目的 进一步了解和探讨急性非淋巴性白血病(ANLL)的临床特征及不同方法治疗的反应与预后，为ANLL个体化治疗提供更确切的依据。方法 对2004年1月～2008年12月间笔者所在医院收治的82例ANLL患者进行回顾性分析。结果 初治组患者中33例完全缓解，15例部分缓解，3例无缓解，总缓解率为94.12%；复发组完全缓解16例，部分缓解11例，无缓解4例，总缓解率为87.90%；复发组CR、PR和NR发生率与初治组比较均有明显差异。结论 采用DAE诱导方案，辅以中医治疗，可有效提高患者的免疫力，有利于患者的长期生存。
