超声引导介入治疗异位妊娠37例分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨超声引导下介入治疗异位妊娠的临床应用。方法 应用超声引导对37例孕囊型异位妊娠患者进行孕囊穿刺注射氨甲喋呤(MTX)30 mg(溶于1～2 ml注射用水中)，观察血β-hCG、病灶包块吸收情况、毒副反应。结果 37例中35例治疗后血β-hCG明显下降，病灶包块缩小或者消失，免于手术，治疗成功率为94%，其中2例术中发生破裂出血急诊手术治疗。结论 超声引导下介入治疗异位妊娠成功率高、不良反应小，为临床保守治疗异位妊娠提供了一种新的治疗方法。
