【摘要】 目的 分析胫骨髁间隆突骨折的损伤机理，探讨可吸收螺钉用于内固定治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折的可行性。方法 收集笔者所在医院2006年7月～2009年7月使用可吸收螺钉手术治疗12例胫骨髁间隆突骨折患者的临床资料，并进行回顾性分析。结果 平均随访18个月，所有患者12个月内均达临床愈合，未出现不愈合情况，关节功能恢复正常。结论 可吸收螺钉内固定除具有良好的治疗效果外，同时也避免了二次手术取出内固定物，是治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折理想的材料。
