米氮平治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 评价米氮平治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的疗效。方法 将脑卒中后抑郁症患者77例随机分为两组，即治疗组39例和对照组38例。治疗组给予米氮平片，对照组给予盐酸阿米替林片，治疗6周。同时采用HAMD对患者治疗前和治疗后第2、4、6周末进行评估。结果 治疗后治疗组抑郁症状较对照组改善更快，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),疗效优于对照组，不良反应少(P<0.01)。结论 对脑卒中后抑郁患者，米氮平治疗安全有效。
