螺内酯治疗心力衰竭的临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察螺内酯在心衰治疗中的作用。方法 将70例高血压心衰患者，随机分成治疗组(n35)和对照组(n35)，分别进行心功能分级和6 min步行试验。对照组采用基础治疗(吸氧、半坐卧位、依那普利、倍他乐克、极化液，体液潴留明显者给予速尿20 mg/d等)，治疗组在此基础上加用螺内酯40 mg/d，两组均治疗8周，观察两组治疗后总有效率(心功能改善和6 min试验变化情况)。结果 与对照组比较，治疗组心功能有明显改善，总有效率显著提高。治疗组总有效率91.43%，对照组总有效率74.29%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 螺内酯在基础治疗的基础上，对心衰患者有明显治疗作用。
