烧伤犬休克期切痂对凝血功能的影响(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨休克期切痂对严重烧伤后凝血和纤溶功能变化的影响。方法 采用犬40% TBSA Ⅲ度烫伤模型，分为休克期切痂组(E组，于伤后 3h切痂)和非切痂组(C组)，分别检测血浆中TM、D-二聚体的含量。结果 伤后3h两组TM、D-二聚体均显著高于伤前(P<0.05)，24h后E组TM水平显著低于C组(P<0.05)，D-二聚体也明显低于C组(P<0.05)。结论 休克期切痂可减轻内皮细胞损伤，预防或减少血栓的形成。
