后腹腔镜下保留肾单位手术治疗肾肿瘤效果观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨肾肿瘤采用后腹腔镜下对肾单位保留手术进行治疗的临床疗效。方法 选择笔者所在医院2009年1月~2010年12月收治的肾肿瘤患者，行腹腔镜下肾单位保留术，与传统根治性肾切除作对比分析。结果 观察组在术中出血量明显少于对照组，手术时间、住院天数、肠道恢复时间明显短于对照组，术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜下对肾单位进行保留的手术优点表现为可尽快恢复体力、创伤较小、需要较短的住院时间，较少出血量，提高了患者生命质量。
