应用人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨人工股骨头置换术对老年股骨粗隆间骨折进行治疗的临床相关问题。方法 将本院2007～2010年收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者43例随机分为两组。人工股骨头置换术治疗患者24例为治疗组，动力髋螺钉治疗内固定治疗患者19例为对照组。将两组患者下床时间、手术时间、住院时间、出血量及并发症等指标进行比较。结果 治疗组术后4～7 d可以下床，手术时间(60±8) min,住院时间(17±2) d, 平均手术出血量428 ml,尿路感染2例,坠积性肺炎1例,精神障碍1例。住院时间、下床时间和并发症方面，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人工股骨头置换术具有离床早、住院时间短等优势，可提早使老年患者术后恢复正常的生活。
