卡孕栓用于治疗产后出血的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨卡孕栓治疗产后出血的方法及临床效果。方法 将2009年1月～2011年1月笔者所在医院足月妊娠阴道分娩、有产后出血危险因素的产妇92例随机分为观察组46例(肛门塞卡孕栓治疗)和用对照组46例(催产素治疗)，对两组的治疗情况进行对比分析。结果 两组第三产程时间与产后2 h出血量比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且第三产程时间越长，产后出血量逐渐增多，容易发生产后出血。结论 卡孕栓可以有效的软化宫颈以及扩张宫颈，并缩短第三产程，促进子宫创面血窦迅速关闭，从而能显著控制产后出血情况，对于患者的健康恢复有促进作用，在今后临床治疗中需积极推广。
