【摘要】 目的 探讨应用护理程序的工作方法配合无痛胃肠镜检查的效果。方法 收集本科室采用无痛技术进行胃肠镜检查的4489例患者的临床资料，应用护理程序的护理方法，提出相关的问题、有的放矢地进行护理。结果 4489例患者中除2例患者肠道准备极差未能完成外，其余均顺利完成检查。24 h后，有效的1000张调查问卷结果显示，特别满意者患者990例，基本满意者10例，不满意0例。所有患者对护理效果满意度达100%，较传统的检查方法患者满意率有了明显提高。结论 将护理程序运用于无痛胃肠镜过程中，使患者得到护理人员系统的、高质量的护理，同时感受到人性关怀的温暖与人性的回复，使患者获得了满足感和安全感，充分体现了“以人为本、以患者为中心”的整体护理内涵，充分地展现了护士的多重角色功能，扩大了护理范畴。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of method of applying nursing procedure cooperated with painless stomach-endoscopy.Methods To use painless technology department examined 4489 cases of gastroscopy patients,using nursing procedures nursing,raised related issues, targeted for care, get the best care and results.Results 4489 cases of 2 patients than in patients with poor bowel preparation can not be completed,the rest were successfully completed inspection. 24 h,survey results showed:990 cases with particular satisfaction by patients in 1000 cases,10 patients were satisfied, not satisfied with 0 case.Effect on the care of all patients was 100% satisfied, more traditional inspection methods have significantly improved patient satisfaction rate.Conclusion The nursing process applied to the process painless gastroscopy,in which patients receive nursing systems, high-quality care, and feel the warmth of human caring and human response,in which patients receive the satisfaction and sense of security,and fully reflects the “people-oriented, patient-centered” meaning the overall care,and fully demonstrated the function of the multiple roles of nurses to expand the scope of care. ......
